Grade School & Middle School Athletics Registration

Welcome to the St. Charles Athletics online registration. If you have registered an athlete in the past this should only take a few minutes if you do not have a lot of updates or changes.  If you have not used this system in the past our online system will make it easier to renew the registrations in future years.

By completing these forms and accepting the acknowledgements, I attest that this constitues my legal electronic signature on these forms.

Returning Families
  1. Log into the system using your email address and your Family Access Code.  (If you don't have your FAC you can have it emailed to you.)
  2. The system will copy your information from the previous year's registration.  All athletes that were in 7th grade or less will also be copied to the new registration.  
  3. Update the coaching volunteer information for the new athletic year.
  4. Proceed to the next step of renewing all of the acknowledgements for volunteering, sportsmanship and concussions.
  5. Review the athletes attached to the family record.  If you need to make any changes you can click the View/Edit button and make your changes.  If you need to remove an athlete you can click the Remove button.  The acknowledgements for the athletes will also need to be renewed.  You can edit the athlete or click on the Pending link next to each acknowledgment to open the page to accept.  If we have a date for the athletes last physical it will appear.  If it is highlighted in red that means it will expire in the next 6 months.  If you need to add an athlete click on the Next Step -> Add Athlete button.
  6. Optionally add a Annual Family Admission Pass.
  7. Once you click the "Submit Registration" button your registration will be submitted for review. You can print off the submission page and return that with your check for payment. You will also receive an email detailing your registration as well.
  8. You will be notified if any additional information is needed or information needs correction.
Renew Registration
New Families

Here is an overview of the process.

  1. Complete the contact information form. This will be a family data record. Once you complete this form and press the 'Next Step' button you will receive an email with a Family Access Code (FAC) that you can use to access your information again if you need to edit anything or if you need to come back later to continue the registration.
  2. Acknowledge the requirements for volunteering, sportsmanship and concussions.
  3. Enter each of your athletes. If you need to have an updated Physical Examination form you can print it and submit it manually later.
  4. Optionally add a Annual Family Admission Pass.
  5. Once you click the "Submit Registration" button your registration will be submitted for review. You can print off the submission page and return that with your check for payment. You will also receive an email detailing your registration as well.
  6. You will be notified if any additional information is needed or information needs correction.
